One thing after another
Dependencies are finish-to-start, without lag. A task starts after all predecessors finish and on or after its earliest start. Zero-day milestones mark a boundary; their successors may start that day.
See what can’t slip
Forward and backward scheduling passes calculate total float. A task with zero working days of float is critical. This includes parallel critical paths. Progress doesn’t shorten planned durations.
A plan, not a promise
“Waiting” means an unfinished predecessor is not 100% complete. It does not mean the scheduled date is wrong. Baselines compare calendar-day shifts against a snapshot you choose.
Up to 200 tasks and 1,000 working days per task, with dates from 1900–2100 and a 15,000-working-day calculation horizon. No team live collaboration, notifications, permissions, resource leveling, holidays, or Microsoft Project round-trip. No AI, analytics, runtime CDNs, or application backend. Hosting providers may keep ordinary access logs.
